Connestee Fire Rescue Auxiliary Fund Raising

The CFR Auxiliary raises funds in excess of the baseline budget provided through fire district taxes.  These donations from the Auxiliary provide resources for enhanced training and additional equipment required for first-class service to the residents of the district. 

Over the years the Auxiliary has financially supported the fire department through bake sales, raffles, flea markets, bingo and annual fund-raising campaigns. Today an annual fund raising campaign is the primary source of funds. 

Each year the funds raised by the Auxiliary are donated to directly to Connestee Fire Rescue Inc, They then dedicate these funds to purchase items to increase volunteer safety and efficiency. For larger dollar items they may escrow the funds to save for large cost purchases.
